I just signed a deal with a fintech and a beauty brand 🥳🥳 2 gigs in a row guys 🔥🔥 Well… not physically yet 😅 But this is exactly what I wrote in my diary at the beginning of the year that, I wanted to work with either a fintech brand or a beauty brand. Since then, I’ve been consistently putting out my best work across different niches, showing my expertise and preparing myself for any opportunity that comes my way. I’m putting this out here now so that when the opportunity finally finds me, I’ll come back to this post and share my testimony. Sometimes, you speak it first… then you grow into it.

2025 wrapped 🤲🏽 • Turned 24 🎂 • Hit 5 years in content marketing • Moved apartments while finishing my dissertation • Stayed consistent as a 6-figure freelancer • Finished my self-funded MSc at the university of Stirling with a distinction • Featured in my first academic journal article 🎉 • Spoke on my first AI search panel in Shoreditch, London • Had a mentorship session with @remoteworkher • Contributed to @iPullRankAgency AI search manual + @Moz patent breakdowns • First official UK speaking gig at @brightonseo • Attended @TheFCDC meetups in London and Brighton • Donated tickets & funds to Search Africon and FCDC • Met new people, deepened old relationships • Touched grass: played more chess, read 8 books, gym (4 months), dabbled in fashion, photography, more trips A year of firsts. Very grateful. 2026 looks promising. We’ll see.

It's better to read the same 5-10 books each year than to read 52 so you look intelligent. Every year you have new problems, experiences, and goals. These frame your perception. The books will be vastly different. You will discover new ideas to implement in your life.

5 years ago I made it to the northernmost point of Africa. It was the greatest feeling in the world. Then my car got stuck and my phone died. I sat on the side of the road for hours waving at every car. After 100s of cars passed by I finally got a ride home. The Lesson: Growing an online audience is an adventure into the unknown. It's like my trek to the top of Africa. Feels pretty good, right? But then you hit walls. And sometimes your just spinning your wields in some weird new world. You're stuck, just like you might feel when you're trying to get that online audience. But here's the thing: I didn't just throw my hands up and surrender. No, I stood there on that road and waved at every damn car. So you've got content. You're throwing it out there. You're basically doing what I did - you're waving at the cars. Feels like you're being passed by, doesn't it? Here's what you need to know. Like me, sitting on that road, waving my heart out. Feels like you're running on the spot? Well, buckle up. Because the only way out is to keep waving. Those countless attempts? They'll get you your ride. Your content that's screaming into the void? It will find its people. Here's what I learned. Persistence. Resilience. Patience. That's the secret sauce to growing your audience. Obstacles? They're just part of the journey. Feeling stuck is the new normal. But remember my story. Remember the road. And keep waving. Because perseverance? That's your ride home.

Our exam is near. So I tested my friend And showed her a really good Chem book Explained the features, yet no interest. Then I switched it up and.. Focused on how the book would help her achieve her goal— Nail her exam score You need to see the spark in her eyes. Lesson?

Every time I post a tweet that: • brings value • entertains people • shows my personality I see it as making deposits into my brand (bank) account It won't bring crazy ROI right away. But in 1-2 years I'll have an asset I can use for years. Think long-term when you tweet.
