Bail Commissioner Shereen Webley tells Judge Gary White Troconis had previously turned over her U.S. passport. Schoenhorn tells judge he has procession of Troconis’ expired Venezuelan passport.

The hearing is being interpreted from English to Spanish by a translator.

Troconis’ attorney argues the motion is untimely, in improper form and a violation of her 8th and 14th amendment rights. Schoenhorn says Troconis has been unable to meet the financial conditions set by the court.
