@TalesOfMuffin The most likely PCs are other Church members, Ouroborus or other Eight Leaves members. So characters like Wazy, Gaius and Reis. Vita, Joshua or McBurn. Richard and Anelace.

Trails Beyond the Horizon had 24 total playable characters. Lets say for Horizon 2 the total jumps up to 32. Which 8 playable characters would you personally pick to have return from previous games that haven't been in the Calvard arc so far? Curious to see people's choices.

Personally, I would love it if Renne was the protagonist of the final arc of the Trails series. As a former member of Ouroborus she has a special place in Zemuria, and would really allow you to get into the underbelly of the organization. Also, there are too many characters already - it would be really nice if the final arc spent time just really developing and finalizing the character arcs of everybody that we've already met. Having Renne be the protagonist would allow you to do that. And with her unique position, she could take on quests from both the bracer guilds as well as the society - I think that it would be a really cool way to wrap it all up
