CCTV footage adds another crucial layer. Cameras from the hotel showed no other person meeting or accompanying her. She stayed for only about an hour, then went back down. No visitors, no secret meeting, and no third party captured on camera. This is where the connections tighten: Sec Remulla stated that the rock netting projects in that area passed through Cabral’s office when she was with DPWH. The supplier and contractor for those projects? It was Eric Yap: the same person who later acquired Ion Hotel from Cabral.
