Patch 26.7 Preview Thank you to the team for handling the Patch while I was at First Stand! Many of the folks who went hadn't been to Brazil before, including me and the players there were just so passionate, we had a lot of listening sessions with the community, Q&A's, and the event itself was great It was overall an amazing, though short time (only 2 days), but alas, lots of exciting work to be done back home! First Stand - Congrats to BLG and the LPL for winning their first international title in about 3 years! - The First Stand meta ended up being quite good; there was significant diversity in every role between classes - One notable gap was AP junglers and AD mids (related) and so we'll see what we can do to enable some more of those picks heading into the Season - Was especially happy with the Bot meta; Lethality Varus had a 14% winrate and there was a good mix of Casters, Hypercarries and Utility as well as many fringe picks like Zeri, Kog, etc. - Ranged Supports are really starting to get away from the rest of the pack now with laning being a much larger focus due to role quests - Not necessarily a bad thing though, given that we've been in Melee supp meta for many years - Game pacing overall felt good (or at least I thought so) and the lack of lane swaps really allowed each role to shine, with GigaBin showcasing the power of an unleashed Top lane role - It really did seem like every lane could carry and balance of objectives vs splitting felt pretty appropriate Shyvana - Shyvana definitely initially landed a bit strong and her hotfix put her in a decent spot after that - Shyvana has a bit of an unintended interaction with Sylas that we will be micropatching out tomorrow; essentially he benefits double from her auto attacks passive (with Sylas's passive) that makes his attacks do pretty eye popping values - We're still taking our time to evaluate role viability for Top Shyvana and whether it's reasonably supportable without destroying Jungle role satisfaction - We've also been working on some changes to increase satisfaction of Passive, reduce MMR skew, increase counterplay and satisfaction of E Support Quest - A few patches ago, we talked about reducing the negative impact of the support quest to reduce complexity - We're going to pull this all the way this patch. This may result in some farming support shenanigans, but then you're also denying your bot carry their quest progression; we're giving it a go to see if anything breaks More on champions tomorrow

@Yubie0 @RiotPhroxzon Vex is indeed having some problems since her release, she just doesn’t make sense. She probably should only be staying good on lower elos, as for mid laners to kind go all in like that is extremely coin flipping since she can go in but no way out.

Patch Preview 26.6! Overall - Overall, the game is looking pretty healthy in terms of balance and broad satisfaction - Over the coming patches, we're going to be looking at some of the champs that have felt a bit unloved/worse for wear and would love to hear your suggestions (both champions and systems) Systems - Chempunk Chainsword has been one of the weaker Grievous items for a while. While we don't want Grievous items to become too commonplace, as it subtly degrades champion kits when too common, it is still just a bit weak for even that purpose - The support item minion penalty has been a pain point for support users and with role quests, the risk of funneling (why it was there in the first place) has been reduced pretty significantly, so we're removing that drawback Shen - Shen Jungle has really started to take off recently, which is really awesome to see! (thanks xPetu!) - That said, he is a tad strong, especially in lower levels of play Zaahen - We're really happy to see Zaahen picking up a sizeable audience in both Top and Jungle, but now that regular players, in addition to experienced players are starting to demonstrate that top end mastery performance, he's looking too strong across the board - Currently, we think his Jungle is a bit stronger than Top, so the nerfs are mostly focused there Skarner Top focus - Skarner has been out of the spotlight for a while and since we've tapped down a few of the things that were causing him to be overbearing in Top (especially W max and the E point blank kidnaps), we think he can get a bit more power there Olaf - Jungle Olaf has fallen a little behind the pack so we're adding some power back

Patch 26.3 Preview! This is a huge patch after we've had a bit of time to assess how things have landed and things have taken some time to settle. Will go more in depth about champion changes tomorrow, especially the jungle changes. Ranked - We're triaging a few things related to Apex negative LP gains that we're seeing in a few regions (+17/-23 kind of things) - We're also looking at some duo queue adjustments for literally top 20 challenger levels of duos to make those a bit more balanced - As a reminder, these things that we've been posting about recently with the Ranked ladder don't affect 99.9% of Ranked players, but matter a lot to the Masters+ crew and we're still trying to fine tune behavior here - I'm going to write more of a detailed Masters+ retro about some of the considerations that went into the changes this year as well as some of the follow up changes we're doing in a few days, especially after validating some of the hunches for the cause of the negative LP gains Game Metrics - We've seen game snowballiness continue to stabilize lower than Season 15 values - Game times are also coming down a bit back to S15 values - As discussed in a previous preview though, players feel like downtime is down and so feel like the game is faster. On the flip side, there are many players saying that this Season feels really fun and part of that is due to how much action is going on - We're going to let it ride a bit though, as it seems like players are getting used to a new normal here and at least a good portion are finding it more fun - What we are changing though is how much players are worth for repeat kills on a player who is not worth that much; we reduced this in 26.1 but are pulling it back a bit - At the same time, we're investigating what communicating this state looks like on the scoreboard, but have a pretty strong aversion to cluttering up the scoreboard with a lot of exact numbers; nothing to share back yet on that front, but doing some investigations Towers & Objectives - There's been a lot of discussion about how threatening first Baron is and also a bit about how much damage junglers do to objectives - We're not planning to change a lot here on 26.3, but may change some of these dynamics for 26.4 after observing more Vision - With early game faelights and slower first clears, early ganks have been a bit harder to come by - We're pushing back early game yellow trinket cds back to S15 values (170 >>> 210s) to make warding a bit less "free" and early ganks a bit more successful on average Items - There will be more detail on the item changes tomorrow with full preview, but I just wanted to talk about 2 ahead of time - Actualizer (which is currently only a Ryze item) is getting a buff to be viable on more users. At the same time though, Ryze is getting nerfed - The entire package is intended to be a net negative to Ryze and he's getting nerfed indirectly by a lot of changes this patch - Dusk & Dawn has been a super hot topic! - We don't think Dusk & Dawn is overpowered overall, but there are champions that synergize very well with it that will ultimately be hard bound to it - This is totally fine though; plenty of champions love and are hardbound to certain items and we hope that D&D is one of those that those users find very satisfying - This is ultimately why we're choosing to nerf the champions that predominantly purchase the item, while still leaving it viable for the fringe users - Having said that, we think the item power budget and shape is a bit off - D&D was intended to be less damage-y and more bruisery than its other AP sheen counter part - Lich Bane - We're adjusting its profile (+HP, -Damage) to better suit this

Patch 26.3 Full Preview! Ranked - Apex Negative LP Gains: We've found and are resolving the cause of some of the Apex tier negative LP issues. There will still be some negative LP gains at the super top of the ladder as the very very best players are pushing the limits of what's possible in the system, but it shouldn't be as widespread as it is - Aegis of Valor Eligibility: We're upping the value required for Aegis claims from C to B; we're seeing C's be too easy of a criteria, we think B still accounts for players needing to "play well enough" while accounting for players being on an unfamiliar role - Duo at top of Challenger: After being able to observe the power of duos on Live and how they're performing across the ladder, the very top of the ladder duos (eg. rank 1&2 together or 2x top 10) are too strong together. So we're making some adjustments to make these games more fair. - Enabling climbing indicator on 26.3: Climbing indicator is a feature that will help players understand whether someone's rank is low, but their MMR is higher (they are still climbing!). This will help players have a better idea about fairness of the match when there's say a Silver in a Plat game Jungle Champs - A lot of the proposed changes yesterday that were causing alarm were actually Jungle specific changes; don't worry we're not trying to buff Naafiri mid for example - In the new Season we wanted to increase Jungler ability to take objectives as part of their unique role power, amongst a few things like Epic monster durability adjustments (+armor to Drakes for example) - This & some new item additions caused a large internal shift of which champs were strong and weak in the jungle - This patch is our first pass at rebalancing these champs across the board - In general, many AD junglers are getting buffed, AP jungler nerfs (along with the Dusk & Dawn context from yesterday) Item Changes - There's a bunch of concern about Riot specialing certain champs (like Dusk and Dawn users) - For the most part, this is targeted at being power neutral on the item, but shifting its power budget somewhat - Some champions like Diana, Ekko, Varus synergize disproportionately extremely well with D&D and will receive targeted nerfs (but still find the item very attractive) - Actualizer is being buffed, and so to compensate as it's current only user, Ryze is receiving a nerf Mel - Riot Emizery put out thoughts on the changelist and I tweeted about it a while ago; can read up on thoughts there for more context - We will follow up where necessary for any balance adjustments required for Mel - We intend for these changes to overall be winrate neutral, but frustration down

Concernant son r, j'aimerai mettre la capacité de renvoyer un spell pris mais de manière non automatique, de quoi rester lore accurate et skilled en même temps
