Attended a great talk at Duke University by @cjschneider8 of UC-San Diego. I'm excited to pre-order Christina Schneider's new book, The Responsive Union (amazon.com/Responsive-Uni…), which recognizes that, unless the EU signals responsiveness to citizens, its future is not bright.
