There's no struggle to save Nigeria. There is ambition to become President. That's all this is about. Atiku didn't save PDP and Obi didn't save Anambra as Governor. He didn't even save Labour Party when there was crisis. It is a battle of ambition and nothing else.
Hon Henry Shield@HonShield

Dear @atiku and @PeterObi, how can your egos be bigger than the struggle to save Nigeria?

So, Kwankwaso is leaving the ADC. This is shocking to me. He joined the ADC, and now he’s splitting the party? If you think Peter Obi and Kwankwaso can vote Tinubu out, then think again. This is pure selfishness and has nothing to do with the interests of the people.

And let me just add this. Once you enter politics as a malam, as a sheikh, and you start aligning yourself with people who spit on the values of your religion in the name of satisfying their greed, then you have lost it. You become a politician first before that malam title.

Good governance? No. Good roads? No. Good future for young people? No. Regular power supply? No. World-class education for all? No. Guarantee security of lives? No. Accessible housing? No. Combat and eliminate terrorism? No. But free rice for elections? Yes. A cartel gang of useless lunatics in power.

Governor Uba Sani Hosts First Lady Oluremi Tinubu for Flag-Off of 100 Trucks of Rice and ₦1.2 Billion Palliatives Kaduna State Governor, Senator Uba Sani, received Nigeria’s First Lady, Senator Oluremi Tinubu, for the official flag-off of the distribution of 100 trucks of rice and ₦1.2 billion in palliative support to vulnerable households across the 19 Northern states and the Federal Capital Territory (FCT). The Governor said: “It was an immense honour receiving and hosting Her Excellency, Distinguished Senator Oluremi Tinubu, CON, OON, in Kaduna State for the official flag-off of the distribution of 100 trucks of rice and ₦1.2 billion in palliative support to vulnerable households across the 19 Northern States and the FCT. The occasion was not merely ceremonial; it was a profound affirmation of compassion translated into action. “I seized the moment to convey my deep appreciation to His Excellency, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR, whose purposeful and steady leadership continues to chart a path toward economic recovery, social inclusion, and enduring national stability. The Renewed Hope Agenda is not an abstract promise; it is a living framework steadily improving lives and restoring confidence in our collective future. “I commend the First Lady’s unwavering commitment to humane and inclusive interventions. Her initiatives resonate beyond policy: they touch lives, restore dignity, and rekindle hope across religious, ethnic, and social divides. The collaboration with the Muslim Intellectuals Forum and the Office of the Special Adviser to the President on Political and Other Matters, under the able stewardship of Hon. Ibrahim Masari, stands as a compelling testament to what purposeful partnerships can achieve. “That Kaduna was described as the heartbeat of Northern Nigeria is both humbling and instructive. It affirms our strategic significance and deepens our resolve to serve as a fulcrum for unity and progress. I am equally grateful for Her Excellency’s gracious recognition of the newly completed and commissioned Brigadier Abba Kyari Banquet Hall as a space dedicated to dialogue and development. “We acknowledge, with gratitude, the steadfast role of our religious leaders in nurturing peace, moral clarity, and social cohesion. As a government, we remain resolute; committed to policies and alliances that uplift our people, strengthen resilience, and advance inclusive, sustainable development across Kaduna State.”
