@WestJet our connection was late. Missed the flight to Tokyo. Losing a whole day. You send us a $15 voucher when we are out nearly $1000 for prebooked hotel and transportation ?! Brutal. 😡



Hi @WestJet. It's been over a week since you overcharged my credit card for an upcoming flight. No answer on social media, or via your website support. What's up with that? Both the overcharge and the lack of response are completely unacceptable. @CTA_gc




@WestJet I’ve traveled quite a bit but this is the first time I’ve been denied access to a bathroom on a flight! The flight attendant looked at me and said “To the back.” This was after seeing multiple other passengers use the same restroom including ones sitting in my row!









LOL @WestJet saying my luggage is not damaged, it's a dent. What kind of customer service is this?
