MY EXPERIENCE WITH THIS NEW BABE: this babe came over to my place for the first time and slept over. i cooked and made sure there were food options. in the morning, i prepared omelettes and tea for both of us. all three times we ate, she just dropped the plates in the kitchen for me to wash. we had sex three times, and i was the one who made the bed every single time– both days. she made zero effort to do anything. just make we fvck! we were cool the whole time, and i never said a word about it. i stayed playful and affectionate, real lovey-dovey vibes. still, i was quietly noting all her shortcomings. i just told myself, “If she hasn’t learned basic courtesy at this age, i'm not the one to teach her.” that's not my job. right then and there, the fate of whatever we had or we're supposed to have was sealed. i already knew i wasn’t going to see her again. fast forward three days later, and she’s calling me, complaining about how she’s been the only one reaching out since she left.

I only pity for men who bother themselves over the affairs of women in this generation. If i tell my woman not to do something or go somewhere or not to come back home at a certain time and she refuses, in my mind i just know i am not the man for her. If she insists whatever she sees in her rebellious ways make she carry.

I’ve seen Fulanis complaining that people are now hostile towards them because of the horrific and terroristic actions of Fulani Herdsmen lately. They even make videos complaining about this on TikTok and other platforms. But I’ve never seen Fulanis come out as a group to man a protest against their fellow Fulanis who are killing Nigerians all over the country. Can’t remember a single incident of Fulanis carrying placard or marching anywhere or even organising themselves into vigilant groups to catch other Fulanis who are on their way to go and kidnap or harm people. (Even as other Nigerians are forced to form vigilante groups to defend themselves from Fulanis massacring them) But I’ve seen plenty of Fulanis complaining though that someone was apprehensive in a social setting after finding out they were Fulani, and complaining about being tarred with the bad brush used for the Fulani terrorists though. Not really a surprising reaction to continuous mass murder, but hey. I mean you can’t raise snakes in your garden and expect them to only bite your neighbours. Maybe there would be more sympathy if Nigerians saw Fulanis seriously mobilising against their brethren and pressing on their familial, social, and political networks to fish these people out. Every single one of these terrorists and kidnappers have family members and social ties in the wider Fulani population who know exactly who they are, yet everybody is keeping quiet because as a group you are benefitting from Fulani terrorism even if you personally as an individual dislike or condemn it. If you disagree with it better start organising to bring out your group members who are committing these crimes instead of pretending like it doesn’t concern you yet pretending to be oppressed by predictable social backlash to beheadings, kidnappings, property destruction, and devastation.
