Managed to get the official quote and purchase sheets, I was off by a couple thousand per unit. It's more.

I think someone at my company may have been upsold without technical justification into spending an extra $5000 per unit on equipment we bought 100+ of.

@AlfhildeO I was used in a modded WW2 ARMA 3 playthrough as an IFF for who's CAS was raining down due to my ability to identify planes by engine sound. (It was rather cloudy)

@ptrschmdtnlsn Kinda yeah, you can configure thin outer perimeters with a gap fill parameters much wider than the nozzle and spanning multiple layers in Simplify3D. It's not perfect but I have used it.

Has anyone experimented with a 3D printing slicer where you generate little vertical voids, then every so often the head comes by and basically injects plastic down into the voids? I could picture it getting into the layer seams, and dramatically improving layer adhesion.

@blind_via I'm going to buy premium to get an edit button long before I learn how to fully write out a post. It's the other non dragonfly FDM based machines in familiar with which were at SMTA.

Wait a minute, are you saying they want to buy this company? recently that is the only thing nano dimensions does. is buy companies. They haven't produced anything good for a long time IMO. and I am very strong advocate, or at least, I used to be.

@blind_via Nano Dimension looking at this and rubbing its hands all ready for a round 2. (I wish Scrap Labs the best of luck, and hope they hit the consumer market.)

@blind_via I was mostly joking. I have no idea what they plan to do, but I have also been in the 3D printing space since the Stratasys Makerbot acquisition. Genuine best wishes to Scrap Labs.
