Japanese men are so perverted that they commit a crime called upskirting, which means they secretly put their phone cameras underneath girls' skirts in and take pictures of their private parts. It got so bad that female-only coaches were created for women. In fact, while you can turn the shutter sound of your phone on or off in other parts of the world, you can't do so in Japan.
