@Enterprise Update: @Enterprise could care less . Not surprised but I’m happy to share anyway. I’ll lose my loyalty points but it’s time to find a new rental car co when traveling . Also will have to ask my job to not rent through them going forward. Book me with anyone BUT THEM.

So we ultimately made the decision (after contemplating for hours) that we’d drive our personal car & one of us drive back. I decided go drive back & let my guys have that father/son moment 🥹 I’m sad to miss the flight but memories are made regardless ✈️ no thanks to @Enterprise

@Enterprise really messed up of first family flight. I’ve only ever rented with them for work & personal. Always used a DEBIT card. I have no credit cards. Set our rental up to pick up Friday & drop at the airport to fly home Monday.Arrived & was told I could not pick up w/o a cc

Idk what kinda janky stuff yall doing with these rental companies but please stop . You’re messing it up for us regular folks who just want to rent for leisure/vacation. I never used a credit card to get a rental .
