@FirstEssex Buses all over the place and cancelled because of traffic (can’t be helped). Buses being wiped off the board and saying 15 mins to next bus, so jump on a no.1 as been travelling 3.5 hours (Canvey-Southend) only for the board to say 2 mins after paying when I have pass

@FirstEssex Why was the 300 service LEAVING from Chelmsford for Basildon at 1 p.m. displaying Chelmsford as its destination??? Maybe a magical mystery tour of the city? Daily delays and cancellations are bad enough but now your buses don't even display the correct destination!

@FirstEssex Hi do I claim for a refund, I just just had to £12 to get an old lady home in a taxi, because 2 buses and she had been standing there for over 1 hour it was the C10/11 I stood waiting with here for 30 till she allowed to pay for taxi. The poor old lady was freezing.

@FirstBusnews @FirstBusesEast My son has been getting a weekly child run tkt from Colchester to Cordelia Drive since Sept for £12 pw. The last 2 Thursdays he’s tried to buy the ticket without me with cash ( I used to go with him and pay with a card) and has been charged £14.50

@FirstEssex Please pass on huge thanks to the driver of the 300 who called an ambulance and waited with my 13 year old daughter yesterday in billericay high street. I got there as soon as I could, but the ambulance was already there so I didn’t get to show my gratitude in person.

@FirstEssex No my point is the drivers just decided to serve Broomfield Road anyway. Third day in a row this particular run has done that. Defeats the point advertising these peak runs as express when drivers just go down Broomfield Road anyway when they’re designed for commuters!
