Follow the logic. Women are deluded and naive for thinking predatory and violent men can be kept out of women-only spaces. ‘They can rape you anywhere.’ However, trans-identified men can only be safe in women-only spaces, because no abuser would ever follow them in there.

@ged68050 No, a trans man IS a woman and is not excluded from the women's facilities. This can copy paste whatever made up document you've written, but male is male and female is female. Clothes, wigs and implants don't change that.

IMO there can be NO situation where it is proportionate to leave someone without any toilet to use. That should be made clear in the guidance.

From new guidelines: "In the case of services which are necessary for everybody, such as toilets, it is very unlikely to be proportionate to put a trans person in a position where there is no service that they are allowed to use." Unlikely? Would be outrageous & discriminatory.

@Heccles94 Nobody is being persecuted. Laws about single SEX spaces apply to every human being on the planet. People with gender dysmorphia or similar metal conditions are neither excluded from the law nor given special treatment. How much more inclusive can you possibly be?!

@Cycliq The cyclist seems to be doing about 5mph and swerving around all over the place on a two lane high speed road. Horn was correctly used as a safety alert so the cyclist doesn't swerve under a truck. If horns are intimidating and violent, then main roads are not for you!

That cyclist considers it his god-given right to manufacture a situation that can lead to the driver ending up with an endorsed licence.
