Even though I’m an armchair expert with no experience in the game I’ve reached a point where I genuinely believe I would do better than anyone Incharge of delhi capitals. They do so much that I fail to play devil’s advocate for. Embarrassing franchise. Should be relegated.

Seasons will change, names will change, jersey will change, only one thing is constant, stupid and poor decision making.

Never ever book tickets at @Expedia in Canada. They are thieves of the highest order who will confirm the credit to you on email and not honour it by giving lame excuses or telling you to contact the airlines for a refund, knowing fully that the airlines won’t be able to help.

Canadians don’t have a problem with immigrants coming here for a better life.
Canadians have a problem with immigrants coming here for a better life at the expense of Canadians.
If they lower our standard of living, standard of care, stress our resources, put our lives in danger, take away our future opportunities or they are provided with an advantage over Canadians we don’t fucking want them. Simple.

After 79 games with #Delhi in 7 seasons, averaging above 30 in just one edition, is it fair to say #PrithviShaw's time with the franchise has come to an end?

Question to @cricbuzz panellists, the new rule of bowlers getting to bowl two bouncers in an over... Do you think it will create a more even contest between bat & ball?

@gurkiratsgill completely agree with your PoV. My understanding is that these influencers are engaged because they thank the sponsor after the event who give them tickets, so the mileage is gained like that. However, even that is so stupid. Its more like bhed chaal than strategic thought.

I don't know what others feel about it, but I can't understand so many Instagram influencers with hardly anything to do with sport, let alone cricket being given such exclusive access for the WC matches when fans are struggling for tickets.
There are people in this country who have given their life to this sport, who aren't even being considered. And the kind of access that is being given to such influencers is such which even many journos won't get.
And I don't understand what's the purpose of it, apart from maybe social media numbers. Because in India, you don't need influencers to sell something as the Cricket WC, in fact, the sport alone is the biggest influencer. If it was done for any other sport, or upcoming league, I would have understood . But this is the second ICC event where this is happening.
And what's even worse is despite the access the content isn't great (I am sure some will disagree on this because it's subjective).
I could be in the minority with this view point, but I really feel strongly about this. There are better ways of promotion, and if you really want to go down this path, maybe do collabs with influencers from other countries where cricket isn't the main sport. Because no one in India is going to watch ICC events because of Instagram influencers.

@AshrafEngineer All the best @AshrafEngineer 😊 and many congratulations on a stupendous tenure. It was great to work with you. Hope to catch up when in India or when you come here!

Glad someone said it! Thanks @KP24

The wonderful footage of Virat saying hello to his childhood coach made me think…BRING VIRAT HOME! Delhi should make a huge transfer play and bring VIRAT back home from next season. Beckham, Ronaldo, Messi etc all moved in their career… Thoughts?

@shubhamjangid @gurkiratsgill Yes.. he is a domestic bully and international bullied..
English

@__KaranAnand__ @gurkiratsgill Yes he was very poor in domestic cricket just 100 vs assam smat and 300 in ranji and assam best bowler was riyan Parag. He was very very poor in domestic barring these 2 innings.
English

@KachaK3la @gurkiratsgill Not at all.. they gave up on VK because they had their batsman quote full and wanted a bowler hence chose Pradeep Sangwan.. the reasons were different.. Shaw has really struggled every alternate season.. plus his attitude is a huge problem..
English

@__KaranAnand__ @gurkiratsgill Not at all lol. If they release Shaw that would be worse than giving up on Kohli in 08
Shaw has had these lean patches before too. You don't give up on players like him
English

@gurkiratsgill Puts a lot of pressure at the start of the batting and is nowhere close to serious in making amends .. doesn’t work on his fitness.. doesn’t field, comes to bat and runs so poorly for being dismissed for nothing.. nowhere close to an opening aggressive batsman that IPL demands.
English

@gurkiratsgill I agree there are 1000 loopholes and misses at the auction, selection, strategy and tactic levels. However, do you think it is time to course correct for next season by bidding good bye to Shaw? 3 things are certain in life: Death, Taxes, Shaw getting dismissed in first 2 overs

@GabbbarSingh @thekaipullai Moving to Canada is largely a life decision than a career decision. The country is truly welcoming and realizes the value that young global talent brings in. You may not earn big bucks but for sure have much better quality of life at every life stage.
English

@thekaipullai Which is actually true. Canada seems to be the ultimate destination for all who are unhappy with their job situation.
