So, I just checked it. Looks like the prosecutor decided not to charge him. I wouldn't have charged him either, but I don't trust that this is a universal view.
Also, your "unanimously" claim makes you sound really stupid. This is entirely based on prosecutorial discretion... there's no unanimity to prosecutorial discretion.
Lastly, I'm like 95% certain you're a bot. People don't use emdashes.
