Monday, the Governor misled the public by implying teacher salaries are increasing by $1.25 billion. The truth: the increase in the budget for teacher salaries is $200 million - or about $125 more per month, which will keep Florida’s teacher at the bottom in the nation.

@Banfield, is it standard practice to ignore pet owners' concerns, conduct medical procedures, then wait 2 weeks to provide inconclusive results, but state it's cancer, then refuse to provide further treatment because the original vet went out of town? Your business is predatory

@Banfield Thanks for nothing. Your vet and their staff could have treated him, but flat out refused to treat him because "no one other than the original vet would prescribe meds." Malpractice? My daughter is taking emergency leave and flying cross country to say goodbye to her fur baby.

@fuckyouiquit Believe it or not, Verizon Communications offered 100% free healthcare for their employees and families until 2014. They had zero deductible and $25 co-pays for major operations until 2018. Employees now pay insurance premiums and deductibles that negate wage increases.
