Florida is now the 2nd state to take action against Discord. The first was New Jersey, I believe back in 2024 (if not, 2025). My advice to parents is to watch your kids when using any social media. Bad actors exist everywhere.

I don’t think this update ends here. I fully expect Roblox to require Premium and an upload fee to create games. With all the lawsuits and safety controversies it feels inevitable.
