There will quite literally be $100bn per month added to reserves after December 1st. Interest rates dropping = borrowing easier = growth $200bn entering reserves from TGA will happen and it’ll equate to over $1tn after fractional reserve banking pushing M2 up a lot. Liquidity is quite literally expanding into the system and a rising tide carries all ships. From December onwards liquidity becomes in surplus and continue to improve into 2026.

I am expecting $140k - $160k by the end of the year. Then $200k+ in Q1 of 2026. My base case for this year is something as pictured below. We have now had $36bn in leverage longs liquidated over the last 30 days. Nature is healing. Every time Bitcoin undergoes this kind of cleansing in a clear HTF uptrend it is resetting the foundations and makes way for strong and impulsive moves higher. Structurally, everything is absolutely fine. We have just has a very large amount of over-levered liquidations with not enough liquidity to support it. The foundations are very strong still - 5 months above $100k. And now, we have some EXTREMELY positive liquidity tailwinds happening and and also more soon. - $17bn in short liquidations above - TGA at $1tn the highest in 3+ years($200bn will enter reserves after government reopens = $1tn+ in M2 supply) - QT ending on December 1st, meaning $100bn+ will be added to the banking reserves each month as it is now not being removed(more liquidity) - China and Japan fiscal stimulus - New FED chair mid next year that will be very pro easing We are now entering a highly liquidity positive environment for Bitcoin that has A LOT of tailwinds over the next 6 - 12 months, and it is going to react to it very well, especially after the cleanse we just had. As I keep saying, bear markets don't start on the eve of surplus liquidity, especially when we have just finished the most aggressive liquidity tightening cycle in decades. You can be angry, upset and shout at anyone who is staying bullish here if you want... But you are only damaging yourself. We are in a bull market, and structurally & foundation wise, we are looking better than ever before. Fucking bring it.

My god this sentiment is wild. Came back after a nice weekend away to this. Man, so many are capitulating here right before full scale liquidity global injections. Bros… bear markets don’t start on the precipice of global liquidity expansion. Right now we have the most favourable macro environment we have had in years. - TGA sitting at $1tn - Japan YEN stimulus $100bn - PBOC $900bn YUAN - $50bn FED injected into Repo Friday This entire cycle has been built on a liquidity restrictive environment which is why only BTC Has made new highs. This has happened via adoption and acceptance. Crypto is a vehicle of liquidity and we have not had it. This is why the cycle is delayed because the business cycle has been delayed. Altcoins need it. Stocks are ripping due to the AI boom and productivity streamlining, and it’s only the top 20 pulling up the remainder of the other stocks. GOLD has been booming due to global uncertainty/wars and trade wars, which are now resolved and why it’s topped. Crypto is the riskiest asset class and requires positive liquidity to reach its potentials at this stage. Which is why it is not moving yet. Liquidity is coming to the system and it’s coming in droves, it is literally inevitable. It HAS to otherwise the world goes bankrupt. If you are calling for a bear market or you think a bear market starts here, you need to understand the liquidity situation within the macro economic environment. It’s the only thing that matters to Crypto. Bear markets start when inflation gets out of control, interest rates rise which destroys borrowing and growth, which destroys liquidity and the balance sheet of the economy is lowered. It is the total opposite situation to where we are now. It couldn’t be more different.

Lets be real for a second. Remove all feelings, previous conceptions and ideas... And just look at this chart and the data here. Do we honestly thing that after 4 years of growth and adoption that the TOTAL Crypto market cap is only going to push 40% from its previous high, and enter another deep bear market? When we now have things like Bitcoin reserves and the GENIUS act for stablecoins, which are literally going to be buying US treasuries for backing? Yes, there are a lot of worthless Crypto projects, but they make up a tiny fraction of what actually matters. The truth, whether you agree or not, is that this technology has been validated as a huge part of the future of society. And it will be playing a massive role in the foundations of the future. Combine all of that with the fact that we are about to enter a liquidity expansion phase... Are you telling me you think that this 40% pump is it? Last cycle we had none of this and the total market cap pumped 3.2x Tell me your thoughts.

You have two choices in crypto: One: Gamble on the potential of shitcoins with the hope of making a large stack of money but risk losing it all in the process. Two: Buy revenue generating cash cows that are buying back their circulating supply. I know which one I would choose.
