You’re not competing with anyone. Get out of your head. Just show up. Do what you know you need to do. It’s not that complicated. In fact, it is painfully simple. They are fuelled by fear. They only work when you let yourself believe the world is scarce, that you are ‘behind’, that what you would do would not be good enough, that you’re not ready. Don’t fall for any of it. Just be present, notice what is true, do what is needed, rest when you’re done. And then repeat.
