The difference is that Patidar not only plays attacking cricket but also bats sensibly according to the situation. He rotates strike, builds innings, and can even play at a lower strike rate if the team needs it. He adapts to match situations instead of just slogging. Despite being such a complete batter, he doesn’t get the same level of hype as Vaibhav Suryavanshi and Abhishek Sharma.

Bro is a certified home-track bully who won't survive five minutes outside Asian conditions. Put him on a green top in Perth or a swinging track at Lord's and he’s walking back to the pavilion before the powerplay ends. And please stop comparing this kid to legends like Tendulkar or Gayle.
