Alpha Futures says traders with Premium Plan payouts marked “Approved for Pay” will be paid.
According to the firm, payments will be processed in batches, with the first 10% of outstanding payouts paid today.

I'm sure the last few days have been hard for some of you that were on the Premium Plan. We also understand how difficult it is to trade let alone be successful at it. We did not want to overpromise and underdeliver with the uncertainty we faced this week as a company. Now that it is officially behind us, and after further talks with our current partners, we want to publicly announce that all of you in “approved for pay” on Premium Plans will be paid. You are currently seeing them as “Premium Pending” in dash. This was always the plan, but with the unfortunate turn of events with our ex partner last week and the issues on the Premium Plan, the fairest way to address Premium Plan users in that moment was to issue refunds. Zero & Advanced Account payouts will be back to the same day as of tomorrow and those Premium Account payouts WILL be made in batches. The first batch which equates to 10% of outstanding Premium Account payouts have been made today. We will be contacting the rest of you directly via email to make sure timelines are communicated effectively. Active Premium Account users are still receiving refunds as well, that has not changed. All of you that have continued to choose Alpha and trading here, we cannot thank you enough for your support in these unusual times and very glad to get back to our typical service with you. Thank you for your patience, understanding, and for sticking by Alpha.

@PropFirmsGuru @upcomers_com Few cases don't prove a firm is a scam. Spread, payout and compliance disputes should be judged using complete trading data not just public posts. If the firm made a mistake it should fix it. But calling the entire firm a scam without verified evidence isn't fair

Trader 1 (Hadi Hariyanto – 1 star)
Purchased the Oracle 50K Instant funding account for USD 79.90. He reported high commissions of USD 5 per lot and dangerously wide spreads exceeding 150 pips on XAUUSD during the CPI release on 14/07/2026.
These spreads triggered stop losses even in quiet, non-news periods.
Support was rated neutral.
He strongly advises traders to avoid this firm.
Trader 2 (Dimple Sukhani – 1 star)
Successfully cleared the challenge and received a funded account, but when requesting a payout, the firm denied it and closed the account.
The company responded with vague claims about security, device fingerprints, and internal investigations without providing evidence.
The trader confirmed using only a single device.
She openly calls them “cheap scammers.”
Trader 3 (Damo – 2 stars)
Made profits on two accounts with a 70% win rate. However, he received only 25% of profits on the first payout and 50% on the second.

Despite carefully following rules, the firm found technicalities to reduce payments.
He notes they seem to always look for reasons not to pay full profits.
Overall
These consistent complaints reveal serious issues unfair execution with extreme spreads, payout denials after challenge success, and selective rule enforcement to withhold trader earnings.
This pattern suggests the firm profits more from challenge fees and retained profits than from genuine partnerships.
Not recommended for serious traders.
Choose firms with transparent conditions and reliable payout history instead.

Imagine a trader saying: “I’d like this losing trade refunded because my strategy wasn’t sustainable.”
That’s basically what some firms sound like when they cancel pending payouts after mispricing a plan.
Rules have to work both ways.

The industry is coming together. Many organizations have stepped up to help affected traders, which is fantastic to witness. We've found 11 industry participants doing initiatives for traders, and gathered them all here.

Prop Firm Match is delisting @Alpha_Futures_ , effective immediately. On 12 July 2026, Alpha Futures announced the closure of its Premium Plan. Under the firm's announcement, all active Premium Plan accounts will be refunded and closed, while pending payouts earned under the plan will not be honored beyond those already paid. Alpha also confirmed that its NinjaTrader (Tradovate) agreement terminated on 12 July, with Zero, Advanced, and Direct accounts transitioning to its proprietary AlphaTrader platform. Traders should not lose payouts they have already earned without breaking any clearly stated rule. A firm's decision to discontinue a product does not justify denying earned payouts, and refunding account fees does not change that. The fact that migration paths were offered for other account types, but not for Premium Plan traders, further reinforces our concerns. In addition, Prop Firm Match received no advance notice or meaningful communication regarding a decision that materially affected both traders and the firm's listing status. 🚨 The narrative changed the moment @Alpha_Futures_ released its response. For days, many assumed the split with Tradovate/NinjaTrader was simply about unpaid invoices. Alpha futures has now publicly disputed that narrative with a detailed timeline, payment receipts, and supporting documentation. According to @Alpha_Futures_ : • The latest reported $1.2M invoice was paid in full on July 6. • The disputed $225,700 was believed to have already been resolved as part of a February 2026 settlement. • Alpha says it was informed the partnership would be terminated regardless of whether that disputed amount was paid. Based on Alpha’s team statement, the company maintains the separation was driven by a deteriorating business relationship surrounding AlphaTrader not unpaid monthly invoices. Despite the situation, Alpha also reported processing approximately $160K in trader payouts over the last 24 hours for users on other plans. This is why it’s dangerous to rush to judgment based on a single statement. Transparency means timelines, receipts, and evidence not assumptions. I genuinely feel for the Premium Plan users. Many had plans built around those payouts, and I hope this gets resolved fairly. At the end of the day, the trading community deserves facts from both sides. $BTC / $USD - Update
This is something to consider today to fill the imbalances. Overall i am looking for $67,000 to hit and possibly $70,000, BUT, the structure we are in, these C waves are not uncommon.
I will only see this happening IF we lose $61,000, otherwise we are off to $67,000.
Triggers for me are a short if we close below $61,100 and stay below, or a long if we close over $65,000 and HOLD over

@TraderChampX @upcomers_com @JakubUPC I'm not ignoring it. I'm saying the evidence should include the full compliance review, not just screenshots or one side of the story. If the firm made the wrong call, they should fix it. Until then, I don't think every disputed payout proves a scam

This isn't just about the XAUUSD price difference. You're completely missing the point. There are multiple red flags here, and if you're going to ignore all of them and pretend nothing is wrong, then you're probably not the right person to be telling anyone how to deal with this.
And the whole "paid traders don't usually post reviews" argument doesn't hold up either. People post payouts from legitimate prop firms every single day on X. They celebrate getting paid because those firms actually pay.
With Upcomers, it's a different story. What we keep seeing are payout denials, partial approvals, and excuses based on allegations that don't hold up. We've backed everything up with evidence, and they've already acknowledged some of the issues themselves. So this isn't just people complaining for no reason.
If you're still trying to defend them while completely ignoring the evidence, then I seriously bro, I dont buy it...
