Universal HIGH INCOME via checks issued by the Federal government is the best way to deal with unemployment caused by AI. AI/robotics will produce goods & services far in excess of the increase in the money supply, so there will not be inflation.

You fool! Spending a lot more money to buy a house by rich people is a good thing. First of all they would pay a lot more property taxes every year. Second, the premium they pay goes to the society instead of staying in their bank accounts. It’s a way to redistribute their wealth. Third, more or less they would spend money in the surrounding areas to support the local economy.
