Men in general aren’t “in touch with their feelings”— that’s a low priority. The consequences: Many aren’t good at self-assessment and wrongly predict their reactions to women being aggressive/in the traditional male role.

approaching a man as a woman is a great way to get a man who doesn’t actually like you but is happy using you for as long as you’ll allow lmao

It makes men uncomfortable to challenge the “natural” order, he feels emasculated or robbed of the thrill of the chase. Some also took the ego boost as proof they could do better.

Child support is not automatic and women still shoulder the expensive and time-consuming labor to hold a deadbeat accountable for paternity.

Every idea he’s pitched requires the hiring of several hundred new employees in a city that is trying to lay off thousands of employees to balance the budget.
