Two days ago, the thief returned to the same shop under the pretense of buying goods, and she was immediately identified as the woman in the footage. She initially denied it and spent a night at the police station. Today, she confessed to the police, and the two men she sold the phones to were tracked down. According to her, she has no relatives. Unfortunately for the buyers, who are now locked up at the police station, will be the ones to take the fall for buying stolen phones.

Holding $SOL without staking comes with a hidden cost most people ignore. Solana constantly mints new SOL through its inflation system, and those rewards only go to validators and people staking their tokens. If your SOL is sitting idle, your balance stays the same while the network supply keeps growing around you, meaning your share of the network slowly shrinks over time. In traditional staking, You delegate your SOL to a validator, help secure the network, and earn rewards in return, but once staked, your SOL becomes locked, and unstaking can take up to two days. In traditional staking, you are also dependent on a single validator's performance, commissions, and reward setup, which many users never monitor closely. This is where Liquid Staking Tokens (LSTs) come in. Instead of locking your SOL directly, you deposit into a staking pool that manages validators for you and gives you a liquid token representing your staked position. Your capital stays accessible while still earning staking rewards in the background. The biggest advantage is flexibility. LSTs can be traded, used as collateral, or deployed across DeFi without waiting through unstaking periods.
