Quick daily workout: ✅ It is my fav push-up combo. 100 push-ups split into 1) 15 one arm pushups (left/right) 2) 35 diamond push-ups 3) 50 diamond on knees push-ups Obviously progression levels are based on ur abilities. The above is what I use right now and it builds muscle mass (1) then power (2) and endurance (3) 💪
