My girlfriend is probably wondering why i haven’t left her because she has small breast and bumbum. The other day she jokingly told me “if you ever find someone better , just go” i could tell she is insecure . This depends on what parameters "harder" is.
If it's physically, then intense 5 aside session gets it compared to an 11v11.
If it's to not look like a bum,11v11 will expose your inabilities like mad.
