@TMobileHelp why am I being charged for a device that I returned because you all said I could and that I would be refunded just for you all to receive the phone and switch up on what was said. I literally have all the messages.

@TMobileHelp I’ve been given the run around by multiple customer service reps and getting different answers from each one about something that was already supposed to be handled just to be told they aren’t gonna do anything.
