Hi - I am on the 5:07 train from Liverpool St to Ely. On the Trainline App it says it stops in Cambridge North, but that isn’t on the displays in the train and wasn’t mentioned by the driver. Could you confirm either way please?

@BarbaraSutton15 It is possible to have a different opinion to someone, you know, without resorting to name calling. I’m not a lawyer, you’re right. But reasonable measures is something that is referenced throughout HS&E legislation. Have a good evening.

It's not a statutory duty ...what is it you fail to understand about the wording & it's context in the provisions.

@BarbaraSutton15 reasonable measures is dotted throughout UK Law in terms of it being down to the responsible person to take what they they deem to be reasonable steps. The regulator then decides if the steps are reasonable.
