Another horrible @airindia mishap. U book a premium economy seat and find your boarding pass reprinted at gate with the last seat in the flight. No messages, calls, no information send. Staff keeps telling u that difference amount will be credited back!

There is no way to get the money back anyway since it’s impossible to speak to anyone in their call centre. So you can only pray to god for your money and curse the decision to take @airindia
