Yeah, in banks, investment banks and asset managers VP is kind of starting for reasonably experienced person and also many retire there. VP positions are very diluted. Very few get SVP or Director which are different in American and EU banks. And most who pass through this hurdle will also be likely MDs. Check out how many MDs are there in these places

@sama yes, with this i agree. User interface will be majorly with agents and agent experience is the thing. Pretty much today’s click and explore will become agent to agent interaction. It’s AUX now

feels like a good time to seriously rethink how operating systems and user interfaces are designed (also the internet; there should be a protocol that is equally usable by people and agents)
