Putangina @ConvergeSupport. June 2 nag-request ako ng relocation with case# (12537133) then sabi bayaran yung balance kaya naclosed ticket. So I did pay the balance you are asking for. Then comes June 12 with case#(12691203) created ticket via call again tapos niresolved. +

@ConvergeSupport @ConvergeSupport ano na wala action?! Putangina niyo! Mag email pa kayong disconnection e wala nga kayo action sa request ko mula june 2. Almost 1 month na di nagagamit yang putanginang service niyo. Tumawag ako kagabi sa cx service niyo 3 times! 3 times din ako binabaan!!
