The Kent and Medway Orthopaedic Centre is a new multimillion-pound theatre complex due to open at Maidstone Hospital in early 2024.
It will provide dedicated beds for planned orthopaedic operations such as hip and knee replacements.

@KateBurkeNHS Put in place as many process based interventions as possible. Having balance in recruitment panels for example. Also to use data to surface truths- particularly around disciplinary procedures i.e. are they being over applied to a particular demographic.
