@JioCare Rest assured!!! Its a mockery. 12 appointments sms postponing the STB installation, 14 customer care calls done by me, every customer care agent says sorry, sends a new date for STB installation and then it automatically gets postponed. Jio charged me, plan is active without STB

@JioCare You guys are pissing me off since 3 days. Upgraded my jio fibre for ott plan. Paid the money, plan activated but did not provide the STB so far. Called the customer care 8 times, 4 installation appointments scheduled, last one being TC000002GVNU. Nobody visited so far.

@JioCare @JioCare just now spoke to a cutomer care agent. They say no confirmed slots available for installtion. If you dont have manpower just refund my amount. I will be out of town starting this weekend and there will be no one to collect the STB.
