Now a days Jio is becoming very pathetic. @JioCare @reliancejio

@JioCare You guys are pissing me off since 3 days. Upgraded my jio fibre for ott plan. Paid the money, plan activated but did not provide the STB so far. Called the customer care 8 times, 4 installation appointments scheduled, last one being TC000002GVNU. Nobody visited so far.

@JioCare The issue was from the MyJio app.. Not mine.. Either you need to refund or transfer the amount to my postpaid bill in advance.

I have raised a complaint yesterday night regarding the recharge for a friend issue. Till now there is no response from your team. I already called the CC 2 times and send 2 emails. Please fix the issue ASAP. I need my hard earned money back. @JioCare @reliancejio

@JioCare I haven't recharged for my post paid number.. Your MyJio App did that.. I have selected the exact number needed. But it recharged for my postpaid number. Now you are telling that i need to use that prepaid plan in my post paid number.. Ridiculous 🤦‍♂️

@AmazonHelp I contracted the customer care from yesterday. They are helpless. They are simply transferring the calls 5, 6 times and telling that they can't do anything. I already shared the broken seal images to amazon. Still no solution for the same.
