At the end of the day, I’m a good woman. I’m not perfect by any means but my intentions are good, my heart is pure and I love hard with everything I’ve got and because of those things... I’m worth it. Always have been and always will be.

I really think some people underestimate how much damage inconsistency does to a person. One minute you’re calling them every night, reassuring them, making them feel chosen, making future plans, acting like they matter to you so deeply… then suddenly everything changes and now they’re expected to act normal because “nothing technically happened.” But something did happen. You created emotional safety in someone and then disappeared from it. That kind of confusion really stays with people. Especially the ones who love genuinely and don’t know how to pretend they don’t care.
