Focus your efforts on tasks that make the biggest impact. You may be surprised by how much time is lost every day on tasks with minimal impact. I've been reflecting on my work routine and habits after hearing @0xJeeva's insights at @SurgenceNFT on work habits during his founders session. I've realized some bad patterns that, if changed, could result in 10x more output and momentum. Sometimes, when I wake up with high levels of cortisol and without a plan for my day or reflecting on what is most important, I tend to move from task to task in an automated state of mind. Unfortunately, many of these tasks end up being low value and unproductive. I have realized that I don't dedicate enough time to thinking about the bigger picture and making important decisions. Therefore, this week and every morning, I review the high leverage tasks that require my daily attention and focus. I prioritize these tasks and organize them by level of importance. This allows me to enter into my flow state and work efficiently throughout the day. What moves the needle in the right direction? Let me help you with that. It's important to have a clear mission and vision for your future. One way to achieve this is by working backwards from your end goal and identifying the key tasks that must be accomplished along the way. Compare this to your recent work days and identify any areas where what you're working on may not be contributing to your goals. Take time to reflect on your vision and make sure your actions are aligned with it. What does your morning routine look like?
