@ooabisabi @fitcapdefi I developed a lot of visceral fat after my last knee injury and the long recovery and my stomach was fairly distended and firm at the start of this process so I also am doing Tesamorelin at bedtime and I started my Reta at 2mg weekly for 3 weeks and then went to 4 mg weekly.

@Awowoko @Hammguylee @fitcapdefi If I eat to fast or try to overeat then yes I get some nausea. I have not had any vomiting but I could see that happening if I overate.

This is not ideal but I have not had any appetite today so I’m behind. Going to try and eat some carbs this evening and a bit more protein but you fill up quick and don’t have much appetite during the day. This has been my toughest day yet to get calories in but I just had my dose yesterday and I’m feeling it.

It has canceled out all food noises and most hunger, especially after dose escalation to 4mg. I am just trying to ensure I am hitting my protein goal of 0.8 to 1g per pound of body weight. So to eat that much protein it’s been lots of steak, chicken, fish and Greek yogurt and there is no worry about calories as I just can’t eat enough.

When I was in pharmacy school my first year my preceptor asked my if I had heard about exciting new drug coming out called micoxaphlopin I had not so he had me go ask all the pharmacists on staff about it. Little did I know that was his running joke for a new erectile disfunction medication. So every time I see tadalafil I still laugh and think about that day.

This is an interesting result! Tirzepatide seems to improve erectile dysfunction among diabetics, even when compared with two active comparators that are just for diabetes and another for diabetes and obesity, too. I wonder if this will hold up in trials!

@rorynotsorry They can’t stop the fentanyl or other narcotics market and overall the market appetite for peptides will be even larger so as you stated this will present insurmountable challenges to any idea they could rein it in.

I see a lot of people comparing the future prohibited Peptide market with the anabolic’s market… Which I think is a fair comparison. However, the Peptide black market will be an order of magnitude larger than the anabolic market. This will present challenges.

My Theory: Reconstituted peptides would last longer if you spaced out your shots more. The shelf-life risk for reconstituted peptides is sterility/contamination from piercing the vial... not degradation. For this reason, I think that the shelf life for daily peptides should be shorter than for those done once or twice a week. Discuss.

@rorynotsorry @GoneGolfin8910 GHK-CU is likely the only thing I am consistently running past 30 days from a vial though. 2mg daily from 100mg vials so those are 50 day runs I feel comfortable with but I also always dilute those with fresh opened BAC and not BAC that’s already been open for a month.

@_co12123 @GoneGolfin8910 Thank you for your input! I pretty much agree with you. I recommend 60 days max on the assumption that most people are not probably as diciplined as you are. I encourage people to purchase based on a 4-6 week window. Would you say this is good advice?

I think that’s great advice. In my own mind I like to try and stick to 60 days when possible and even buy my vial sizes anticipating this as well. Reminder this also includes the BAC, once I pierce that vial the clock starts for it as well even though it contains “preservatives” I won’t use BAC beyond the 28 day mark.

USP standards would say that once a vial is pierced it should be discarded at 28 days. With that said I have personally used vials out past 60 days approaching 90 with no issues but I will not hesitate to trash anything if the visual inspection before use looks even the slightest bit different.
