@AdamJBrownMD Of course. I don’t disagree and use it. I think what we would like are alternatives & at least there are some options starting to emerge

@_connectedcare Tell that to someone with PMR who couldn’t walk/function for months until trying prednisone and now they have their life back. I don’t know of a medication without potential side effects, but not being able to move from an autoimmune disease also has consequences.
