The amount of self proclaimed high earning titans who are on golf twitter seeking validation is either a fascinating study in psychology or proof that most people on the internet are completely full of it.

@Cackalacman I have listened to some podcasts with hosts who played in the NFL with kids. They said they would essentially be sleeping completely separate from their wife and kids the entire season to be sure it didn’t interrupt their ability to perform Wives accepted it because $$$$$$$$$

You know what’s funny to me? The softness of golfers to give passes to professional golfers for playing poorly due to having a kid or family. Go talk to moms and see if they get passes at work for changing diapers and missing a sales quota. Y’all got to stop this stuff. IT’S THEIR JOB!! What planet does any other sport make excuses for their players as bad as golfers. I’ve literally NEVER heard a basketball, baseball or football player get forgiven for missing a free throw, throwing a ball in the dugout or dropping a catch. Fans go…”oh man he’s got that new 2yr old”. Some need to do better and quit excusing poor play for having kids. Do you know how pathetically soft that sounds? Bro had to change a diaper and it cost him 3 missed putts. “Muh fatherhood”. 😂😂😂 FULL 🛑!

@anymanfitness I went to a small school and played some football up until 10th grade. I wasn’t big enough or strong enough and was lazy. I knew I wasn’t making the varsity team so I quit and focused on golf I enjoyed it more and was good at it. Your theory likely holds up

This article says “70% of 13 year olds have stopped playing a sport they used to enjoy” It’s been touted as a reason to avoid travel sports. I have another theory. 13 is 8th grade. Maybe they try out for their school team and don’t make it. So they quit. They realize they won’t play in high school. 8th grade has always been a big drop off year for kids who suck at sports. sportsleadership.acu.edu/why-kids-quit-…

Yeah man, screw those guys for devoting their whole lives to making our life more convenient with inventions and innovations. Everybody deserves to be poor and pissed off all of the time. Save us Bernie!

Thank you to the packed house in Rochester, MN tonight. Together, we are going to elect Peggy Flanagan to the Senate, re-elect Keith Ellison as Attorney General and take on the greed of the billionaire class in this country.

@anymanfitness It’s all priorities. Many people see status in vehicles Both wealthy and poor people drive luxury vehicles It’s just that wealthy people either buy it in cash or the payment is ~5% of their income whereas poor people spend 15%+ of their (smaller) income

@EliteGolfDad I forget who said it, but someone said to talk about the “GOAT” it’s better to break it down by era Then it’s Bobby Jones Ben Hogan Jack Nicklaus Tiger Woods Rory McIlroy? Each era has been significantly different due to technology and competition

It’s funny we keep having this debate. Jack has the majors and not much else over Tiger. But majors are huge and heavily weighted. If Tiger stays away from Perkins waitresses, driver’s seats, and SEALs training, he easily has 25. But - he didn’t. So, to me, Tiger is the best golfer that’s ever lived. Jack has the most success in the biggest events. Both are true.

@Cackalacman @TourSwingsTommy I started messing around this year with using a 56 degree wedge for all chips and pitches that are uphill and 60 on downhill ones It has helped a lot It’s just important to remember on those shorter shots you account for the ball coming out hotter! 😂

@TourSwingsTommy The younger players of today for sure think the 60 is the way. Sooo many use it. Then carry it 20ft short of the hole and miss the putt.

Your instinct to automatically chip with the 60-degree is wrong. For most amateurs (even good ones), using a higher lofted wedge around the green is usually not the smartest play. I wrote a piece on it which you can read below 👇

Gave @Top100Rick some help with his golf swing as he stated he’s struggling to hit fairways at the moment Just a quick analysis with my 2c. No face on camera angle so I don’t have all the information but hopefully this helps him 👊🏼 Rick now owes me a round at Augusta. I’m sure he knows someone I’m not available Mondays Wednesdays or Fridays so just take that into consideration please mate when booking tee times 🙂

@WillRagatz Saying this isn’t about “cutting back on anyway” and “spent so much money the last several years that it’s not sustainable” in the same breath is hilarious. Just say you are cutting back and focused on building through the draft.

More Rob Brzezinski on trading Jonathan Greenard: "I would just start by saying that, we want to make it perfectly clear that this has nothing to do with us or the Wilfs not wanting to spend money or cutting back in any way, pulling back the reins on our spending. We have just spent so much money the last several years that it's not sustainable for us to move forward. Our salary cap situation has been very, very challenging. Jonathan had two years left on his contract, and that's not an easy situation to navigate either."

@DawgsandGolf @ramit Exactly. It’s not that you shouldn’t save for the future. You should absolutely prepare to live to be 80-90 years old and save to live off money in the future. But you shouldn’t sacrifice living for today with such extremism.
