When I walk in a school, I don’t just observe to see if front office or teachers are happy/engaged. I observe custodians, cafeteria workers, everyone. Because building positive school culture means EVERYONE is valued & appreciated. And when they are, it shows!

Keeping kids interested is important!!! We use pop-its in our dual-language kinder class. The kids get a flash card, identify the number, and pop while counting in spanish🤓 The kids have fun and practice!!
