@ClayTravis @SouthwestAir @TomiLahren Flew MEM-MDW-DCA last week. I thought boarding actually worked well. While boarding, LED screen showed Group 1 on left and 2 on right. When 1 got thru, “Group 1” sign changed to “Group 3” for them to start lining up. And so-on. Went smooth.

What’s you guys opinion of the new @SouthwestAir seating policy? I see @TomiLahren teeing off on it. So far the biggest issue I’ve seen is it feels like boarding takes much longer. When people didn’t have assigned seats it felt like there was more urgency. You guys?

The most compelling portion of the Trinidad Chambliss v. NCAA case, in my view, is the NCAA’s line of questioning regarding Ferris State’s alleged strategy of enrolling him part-time to preserve an additional year of eligibility. When documentation standards increase as a student-athlete moves up a division, or when loopholes exist in lower divisions to manipulate or delay the eligibility clock, it is procedurally inconsistent and the association is effectively operating in bad faith.
