having at least 4-6 YouTube videos is incredibly OP tweets and linkedin content basically become infinite at this level here's how: 1) use AI to split YouTube videos into 10-20 content angles 2) package them in trending formats on Li & twitter 3) cycle through every week using different words YouTube creates a loop. you'll never run out of ideas again. ever.

this is all you need to sign clients on youtube: 1. post 1 video/week (8+ min, no fancy edits) 2. drop 2-3 case studies/month showing real results 3. hammer your opinions and hot takes 3-5x/month 4. lead with 1 of 4 hooks - pain, result, contrarian, dream 5. send videos to prospects before calls. let youtube close them for you. that's it.

I spent 2 years and $30k+ testing every LinkedIn strategy imaginable. This AI-powered system is the result. And it's booking 5-10+ calls/week for us and our clients. Thing is... Most of the agency owners, consultants, and SaaS founders I speak to are still trying to play the vanity metrics game on LinkedIn. They're doing everything 'right' and STILL not getting an ROI from LinkedIn. That's why I'm giving this away. A complete AI-Assisted LinkedIn GTM System that was built to fill your calendar with leads. I'm talking about: - 5+ Custom GPTs that write content in your voice - DM frameworks with 50%+ connection acceptance rates - High-level appointment setting workflows that book calls - Lead magnet systems that go viral and generate qualified leads - Profile optimization strategies that turn viewers into prospects There are 30+ resources in here. And it's all based on the same the same playbooks I've used to: - Generate 7+ figures w/ LinkedIn - Book calls with enterprise companies like Instantly - Sign Bill Gates' daugther's software company as a client Essentially, everything you & your team needs to own your LinkedIn infrastructure. Want access? Comment "AI" And I'll DM you the full system. *must be following* PS If you RT this, I'll also send a loom video auditing: - Your profile - Your last 3 LinkedIn posts - Your entire outbound system And I'll give you my suggestions based on what I know will help you book more calls.

spoke to a B2B founder doing $8M a year. sharp guy. 12 years in the game. four companies deep. and he said something that stopped me cold. "if one of my vendors goes dark tomorrow, we're in trouble." he was spending $300,000 a month on paid traffic. 90% of his leads coming from one channel. and he knew it if they were gone tomorrow, that's the end story for his company. here's exactly how it works: 1. THE VENDOR DEPENDENCY HUSTLE you find a vendor that works. so you pour more money in. then more. then more. until one day they underperform. or disappear. or the platform changes overnight. and your pipeline dries up in 30 days. 2. THE ALGORITHM TAX google updates. email deliverability tanks. IOS changes attribution. every year the rules change. and YOU are the one that pays for it ironically for your own survival. 3. THE VOLUME ILLUSION more spend = more leads = more revenue. until it doesn't. because you're not building trust at scale. you're just buying attention over and over again. the moment you stop paying, you stop existing. 4. THE INVISIBLE CEILING he told me prospects still price shop him. still compare him to competitors. still take two weeks to close. because they don't know him. they just found him through an ad. there's no authority. no trust pre-built. no reason to choose him over the next guy. it doesn't make you the obvious choice. 5. THE COMPOUNDING NOTHING $300K a month for 12 years. and zero assets to show for it. no content library. no organic presence. no channel that works while he sleeps. every dollar spent is gone the moment it's spent. the founders winning right now aren't the ones with the biggest ad budgets. they're the ones prospects find before they ever see an ad. if this sounds like your business, comment "KEY" below. i'll show you exactly how we fix it.

I booked $250K+/mo sales calls from 4 YouTube videos (no ads) Here’s how we turn content into HIGHLY qualified calls: 1) How I pulled enterprise-level prospects from just 4 videos 2) Why buyers watch your content… but never book 3) How to attract decision-makers (not tire-kickers) 4) The exact funnel that turns views into sales calls 5) Why your content isn’t making money (and how to fix it) 6) How to make prospects trust you before the call Want us to build this system for you? Comment “CALLS” and let’s chat

the single biggest factor determining whether you linkedin lead magnet will go viral or not is the CONCEPT itself i’m not talking about the concrete information inside it literally just the concept, the idea 2 years ago you could post anything with a comment CTA and it would go viral now everyone and their grandmother is giving away a free PDFs worth $10,000 it’s just not as easy anymore (that’s only a bad thing if you don’t know what you’re doing) so how do we even come up with banger concept well first of all your lead magnet needs to be positioned as the gap between their current situation and their future DREAM situation and we need to make it see as easy and as fast as possible (whilst being realistic) now you cannot just do a generic document or PDF 90% of lead magnets that go viral on linkedin nowadays use or mention AI somehow specifically right now Claude Cowork and Claude Code are going MEGA viral because of how trending they are every time there is a new LLM launch it’s an opportunity to leverage all the attention and novelty to your advantage anyways here’s some general examples: - prompt libraries relevant to your ICP - full breakdown of a step by step strategy or workflow - a master document with 10+ individual pages resources you can pick any of these and just continue to test until you find something that works

"i wanna build a brand!" what does that actually mean for your business? 'brand' is abstract, but here's how we break it down into revenue-tied metrics: 1. close rates 2. sales cycles 3. lead quality 4. cold/warm traffic 5. competitor ranking if you're starting out, focus on outbound/paid and improve your sales process if you're looking to 4-5x your business, build a brand P.S. youtube does all of the above

close rates and sales cycles as brand metrics is genuinely underrated most people think brand = logos and colors. but a strong brand literally shortens the sales cycle because trust is already built before the first conversation when someone hears about you before you reach out, the close rate doubles. that's brand doing its job

We had a dream client sitting in his pipeline for 6-8 months. calls. follow-ups. relationship-building. nothing worked. the prospect kept going dark. so instead of sending another follow-up email... we built ONE video. Just one. not a general "here's what i do" video. a video that spoke directly to the exact fears, objections, and desires of someone in that prospect's situation. konrad embedded it in his follow-up sequence and sent it. the client paid in full. here's the framework behind why it worked: most founders use content to attract new audiences. we used it to close someone already in his world. that's the bottom-of-funnel play nobody talks about. and it works because of one thing: nobody wires $100K to a stranger. but they will wire it to someone they've watched, listened to, and felt like they already know. the video didn't sell konrad. it made the prospect feel seen. it answered the exact objection that was keeping them from committing. it removed the final barrier without konrad ever having to say a word. that's what one well-positioned video can do. not views. not subscribers. not dopamine kicking numbers. one deal. paid in full. from one video. that's it if you're sitting on leads that won't close and you want to know how we build this comment "VIDEO" below and i'll DM you

posting YT videos at specific times matters (more than you think) we post at 7-10am Fridays or Saturdays our target audience are busy 7-8 figure B2B founders YouTube pushes your videos in the first 48 hours the best time to post is when your target audience HAVE time to watch and learn not on a random Tuesday when they're at work serve at your ICP's cadence & test your own channel's analytics
