Purchased tata salt and found adulterated salt. Smell like toilet cleaner Harpic and looks like blueish and yellowish in colour. Have a look on pictures. Batch No.053C25SC packed on Mar 2025 & use by Aug 2026. No food safety.

Purchased this Tata Salt packet from Angel Medical & General Store (Kondivita Road, Andheri East) only to find it has an expiry/use-by date of FEB/26.

@_deshkanamak Why you are charging so much premium on a commodity item like salt . Why your price is 25/30% higher than Ashirwad salt !You sell more quantity , economy of scale should make it cheaper !

Tata Salt sells at 27 Rs/Kg vs. Rs 20/22 per kg Ashirvaad from ITC .
They charge Rs 7/kg extra for nothing extra from a common man.
Selling 16.5 lacs MT salt every year,so 7 rs extra/kg means 1155 crores rupees of extra money per annum!
