To stop ants coming in to your house leave a saucer of milk outside. The adult ants drink it & it has an effect on ant reproduction. The young are born without toes so they can't climb in to your
cavity walls.
This effect is called lack toes in toddler ants.

When you want to install large scale solar for your business and you can afford it, collect the money as a loan from the bank and deduct the payment back as a part of your business expenses monthly. Should make it easier to deduct the cost of solar from your revenue or something like that and reduce your tax.
I’m not sure of the whole process so ask your accountant.
