MARRIED. If you're reading this, pray for me please. Jazakumullahu khaira ❤️

This whole theory that “if everyone has a problem with you, then you’re the problem” or that if you have a problem with everyone, you must be the issue is deeply flawed and honestly unfair. There are people who are widely liked not because they’re good people, but because they’re agreeable, pretentious, and willing to conform. And there are people who are constantly labeled “difficult” simply because they don’t know how to play along or pretend. The thing is The more easygoing, accommodating, and “let’s keep the peace” you are, the more you’re perceived as likable even if it means constantly shrinking yourself. Meanwhile, the moment you stand firm, call things out, and choose not to be pretentious, you’re suddenly labeled difficult. Sometimes, it’s not that someone has a problem with everyone; it’s that they’re just not willing to tolerate what everyone else is comfortable tolerating.

You can text someone right now, and they’ll be like “I was just thinking about you” lmao like no tf you wasn’t. Why do people lie about the dumbest things.

btw this isn’t backed by any medical research. Just vibes and na me dey tell you. This fear mongering and misinformation from medical professionals is why family planning and birth control are still problematic issues in our societies.

I’m not sure how I fee about primary/elementary schools turning their students into content creators.

To be honest, I don’t get the reason why you’d be withholding opioids from HbSS patients in acute crisis. “Is it really necessary?” “Can we try NSAIDS first?” No. Pain is no joke. Give them the damn medication…at least, until the acute crisis is over.

The risk for dementia is nearly threefold higher in older adults with type 1 diabetes (T1D) and double in those with type 2 diabetes (T2D) than in those without the disease, a new prospective cohort study showed. Although diabetes had been linked previously to increased risk for dementia, the link between dementia and T1D specifically had been understudied, investigators noted. mdsc.pe/4dMO9lo

I still think about that time a black guy went on CNN and talked about how Jews invented sex change surgery and the Nazis were fighting to stop it lol

A lot of socializing involves performative interest and my issue is I simply do not give a shit

Hot take, but I think its best to attend Madrasah, especially the senior classes after teenage years. So many topics/books we covered in the Madrasah and I'm just getting to understand it better years later.
