Currently sitting in a hospital thanking everything I know that our #NHS is in existence! It needs to be protected! This #government is tearing it apart - I’ve lived in countries where you have to pay for any medical intervention. We should not take it for granted! #SaveOurNHS

@johnypitts As someone who has ME/CFS - I’d genuinely love to know more about this too! I haven’t yet found a book specifically but I was told that people with more drive - tend to burn out quicker and that it’s all about recognising what gives you energy and what takes
