The best piece of advice I ever received was to follow intuition and stay true to yourself. We've all heard it, but how many of us consistently embrace our own authenticity? Don't be afraid to walk your own path; it may lead you to extraordinary places.

I’ve done 60,000 steps in the last two days by walking Rome and Pompeii. Was it worth it? 100%. Do my legs hurt? Yes. But was it worth it? 1000%.

Try new things.

Be careful what you say. It could come back to you and bite you in the ass.

Day 16 - X Post ✅ No sugar, No flour @TKRanch posts really cool pics of his dogs herding steers. And then there are my barn dogs. All come to us needing a home. Our rule is if they show up and stay a month they get a collar, shots and a home. @Tim_Denning I like rule no.4 I actually turned my best newsletters this year into my 3rd book. Had to write some more to finish the book but the newsletter provided the foundation for the book. I think everyone should try it.

Writing rules to live by: 1) Write like you speak 2) Always write in a flow state 3) Stop giving a f*ck what people think 4) Write newsletters that become books 5) Never rely on a writing platform to choose you 6) Take short form content and make it long form

I think we are all about persuasion, but the repetition of facts which support my position gets little traction without engaging emotions. CS Lewis pointed out the leap from head to belly omits the heart, making for a world in despair and individuals in depression.

Everything I know how to do I have had to learn. Almost nothing has come naturally to me. Focused coaching and disciplined practice are the keys. Daily writing is part of it.
