This! One of my biggest pet peeves. I will never use the word “accident” unless we can corroborate it is an accident.

Take care when using the words accident or crash. Both are generally acceptable for automobile and other collisions and wrecks. However, when negligence is claimed or proven, avoid accident, which can be read by some as a term exonerating the person responsible.

TV news can be exhausting. You actually become numb and desensitized alot from the tragedy’s and negative stories. Idk how many times I rode home in total silence, enter my home late nights and went to bed not speaking again until the next afternoon for work. Tough business.
