I spoke to a man who’s stuck in traffic due to the protest. “I’m all for protesting peacefully how you want to do it,” said Jeremy Mendoza, a construction worker on his way home to Mebane. “But impeding traffic and holding up people is not very considerate.”

Yesterday saw the largest delivery of life-saving humanitarian assistance into Gaza so far, and more trucks are being cleared to enter today.
But many more are needed.
I'm not done pushing for more aid and will continue to support safe passage for Gaza civilians seeking safety.
